A basement renovation should do more than add storage. It should make everyday routines easier.

For this project, we designed custom cabinetry around the way the family actually uses the space: tall concealed storage, dedicated laundry hampers, pull-out baskets, a built-in workspace, generous folding surfaces and a small recessed cabinet integrated directly into the wall.

Every section was planned before fabrication to make the basement feel organized, intentional and connected, rather than like a collection of separate utility areas.
